Why is the shipping timeline so broad?

 

Because this company is still in its infancy, all hats are made to order and shipped upon completion. Thus, production timelines are an estimate. However, customer service and satisfaction are a top priority for me: You are always welcome to contact me for an update on the status of your order. 

Who is creating the hats?

I personally design every article of clothing available for sale on the site, and then work directly with a manufacturer to produce a final product. My current partner for the hat manufacturing is Jupoong, a Vietnam based company. I have been satisfied with their fabrication efforts; I think you will be too. I personally procure test products of every item sold to avoid any surprises (for either of us!)

How do I make sure I know what I'm getting?

 

Every design available on our website is given final approval by me personally, and then sampled prior to becoming available for purchase. If I don't believe the sample provides an accurate representation of the published design, I pull the product.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

If you receive the wrong hat, please contact us at 812orders@gmail.com for instructions on how to receive the appropriately desired merchandise.

My order is missing

 

If you are missing items from your order, please let me know directly by emailing 812orders@gmail.com. Please provide your name and order number, and I will contact our manufacturer to obtain further details.

Any orders that are unfulfilled due to a failure to deliver the item by the carrier or incorrect items sent will be refunded or replaced. Orders that are stolen following delivery or are sent to an erroneously provided address are unfortunately not eligible for refund.

How long will you take to respond?

 

At this time, 812 Apparel is a one-man operation, so I kindly ask for some patience on the timeline for responses. However, I have every intention to ensure all messages are responded to within 24 hours of sending them.

I want a different hat

I'm afraid that because all hats are made to order, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns at this time. But, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will send you a discount voucher for a different hat that you might like better!
